Condos and apartments are also taking quite a bit longer to sell versus last year, with the average days to sell jumping from 34 days to 41.

The single family home market in Victoria is looking similar to the condo and apartment market, given 20% more units sold this June versus last, which works out to 52 extra units. The average home fetched an extra $20,000 on the market – another positive sign for sellers. Finally, the average days to sell crept down further still, approaching 30 days.

The townhome and duplex market has seen a 7% change across the board in all 3 major metrics. The average selling price experienced a healthy boost of around $56,000, which is great news for sellers.
