Victoria Real Estate Stats for Condos and Apartments in July 2025
While the 225 condos and apartments sold in Victoria in July is a little shy of last month’s total, the market still saw 6% more homes change hands versus last July. Due in part to the boom in construction, the average selling price wasn’t able to keep up, which experienced only a 1% increase over last year. And with more choice on the market, buyers aren’t rushing to buy homes and are instead acting more sluggish.
Victoria Real Estate Stats for Single Family Homes in July 2025
The market for single family homes is acting similar to that of condos and apartments. There was a healthy increase in total units sold since last year, coupled with a modest 1% increase in average selling price, representing about $14K. But average selling price is heading in the other direction, as buyers needed an average of only 38 days to purchase, down from 39 last year.
Victoria Real Estate Stats for Townhomes and Duplexes in July 2025
The market for townhomes and duplexes has been most volatile since this time last year, with the exception of average selling price which dopped 1% or about $7K. But Victoria residents are purchasing far more townhomes and duplexes and townhomes than last year, while getting deals done faster too. The total number of units sold is up 20% and the average selling time dropped 15%.
