The market for condominiums and apartments in Victoria showed signs of slowing down since May of last year. The most noticeable change has been the average time to sell, which increased from 33 days to 43 days this May. The number of units sold dropped by 6%, and the average selling price inched down by about $10K.
Victoria Real Estate Stats for Single Family Homes in May 2025
The single family home market in Victoria has remained fairly consistent when compared to last May. The average selling price is hovering in the same area, down about 1%, although May of 2025 saw 3 more home sales. Despite the average selling time bumping up by a couple days, single family homes were the fastest to sell of all home types in May this year.
Victoria Real Estate Stats for Townhomes and Duplexes in May 2025
Contrary to the market for single family homes and condos, the selling time for townhomes and duplexes managed to decrease, selling 6% faster than this time last year. While the number of units sold remained unchanged, the average selling price experienced a modest increase of around $11K.
