Check out this article published recently in the Victoria Times/Colonist newspaper about Victoria house prices and how they’ve increased over the past decade.

I was asked to comment on present Victoria real estate market conditions in relation to the global financial crisis that began in 2008 and offered that, in my opinion “we are stabilizing, people have been waiting for the bottom of the market. We are probably there or just past it.”

A stable economy and very high quality of life in the region supports Victoria house prices and I expect these factors to continue to contribute to the overall strength of Victoria’s real estate market.
